Job summary

Villa Restaurant Group is opening a new Starbucks at JFK Airport Terminal 6. We're looking for shift supervisors who can lead a team, take care of our guests, and keep service running smoothly.

You'll supervise during shifts, coach baristas on drink quality and guest service, handle guest concerns, and assist with opening/closing tasks, cash handling, stocking, and cleanliness. Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
