Job summary

VIP Hospitality LLC in Jamaica, NY at JFK International Airport seeks empathetic, service‑oriented Customer Service Ambassadors to guide passengers and airport staff through Terminal 4 checkpoints and international arrivals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience at a medium- or large-hub airport, or 2 years in another customer-facing environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide passengers, visitors and airport staff to provide information and directions.
• Organize passenger queues and help maintain orderly lines at checkpoints and arrivals.
• Report facility or stakeholder concerns to improve the airport experience.
• Coordinate tasks within a small team and serve as a point of contact in the assigned area.
