Job summary

VIP Hospitality LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Ambassador at JFK International Airport in Jamaica, NY, to guide passengers, visitors, and airport staff through Terminal 4 and international arrivals. You will provide directions, help with queues and wayfinding, direct travelers through established processes, and report facility or stakeholder concerns to ensure a positive airport experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service at a medium- or large-hub airport, or 2 years in another customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide passengers and airport employees to provide information.
• Direct travelers through checkpoints and arrivals.
• Assist with queues and crowd management.
• Report facility or stakeholder concerns to improve the experience.
• Coordinate tasks within a small team and act as a point of contact.
