VIP Hospitality LLC is seeking part-time Customer Service Ambassadors to support passengers, visitors, and airport employees at JFK Terminal 4, Jamaica, NY. You will provide directions, manage lines, and contribute to a welcoming airport experience in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are encouraged. Flexible shifts offered with benefits eligibility based on eligibility and plan requirements.

Competenze

• Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience at a medium- or large-hub airport or two years in another customer-facing environment.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Proactively greet passengers and offer assistance with directions, wayfinding, and airport information.
• Guide travelers through checkpoint and international arrivals processes.
• Organize passenger queues and maintain orderly lines and efficient flow.
• Direct travelers toward service areas and alternatives following procedures.
• Respond to passenger questions professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Communicate facility concerns and passenger needs to the supervisor or partner.
• Collaborate with teammates and airport stakeholders to support daily operations.
• Coordinate tasks or act as a point of contact within your area when assigned.
