Job summary

Signet Jewelers in the United States seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will help maintain standards, train team members, and assist in recruiting while ensuring adherence to company policies.

This role emphasizes leadership and a commitment to growth within the organization. The position involves managing day-to-day activities, helping to achieve profit targets, and promoting a positive, inclusive customer experience

Qualifications

At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in meeting daily standards to attain sales and profit projections.
Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and develop team product knowledge through training and evaluation.
Recruitment and selection of team members and enforce company policies and procedures.
Perform operational and strategic duties and support management in achieving store goals.
