You will assist the Store Manager in maintaining standards, develop team members through training, and participate in recruitment while ensuring company policies are followed. This role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and operational excellence to promote career growth within Signet Jewelers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction through training and evaluation of team members.
• Recruitment and selection of team members, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to advance in the organization.
