Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a superior customer experience. You will focus on maintaining standards for individuals and the team while coaching staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.

The role emphasizes training, evaluating performance, and recruiting capable team members, all within Signet’s policy framework and culture of internal advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on standards for individuals and team members.
• Achieve sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and develop team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members and enforce company policies and procedures.
