Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets.
• Maintain standards of customer service and store operations.
• Train and develop team members, and participate in recruitment and selection.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and contribute to strategic duties.
