Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Develop team product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members.
• Enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other duties.
