You will support the Store Manager, coach associates, and ensure operations run smoothly while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train staff, manage schedules, and recruit team members.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Develop team members' product knowledge through training and evaluation.
