Signet Jewelers Limited, and its Banter by Piercing Pagoda brand, seek an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and service excellence in a dynamic jewelry environment.

You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, and help achieve daily standards while upholding company policies and brand training. This role requires a minimum of one year in retail and availability for varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily standards to meet sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by fostering an atmosphere of service and teamwork.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; participate in recruitment.
