Signet Jewelers is hiring a Key Sales Associate for Banter by Piercing Pagoda at mall kiosks across the United States. The role involves engaging customers, understanding needs, presenting merchandise and benefits, and offering service plans and financing options.

You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure a superior customer experience and work toward individual and team sales goals. Experience in jewelry or retail sales is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to deliver a superior experience and meet sales goals.
• May assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
