You will engage customers, present jewelry offerings, and discuss service plans and financing to drive sales while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of sales/retail/jewelry exposure and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales/retail/jewelry experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and active listening to understand customer needs.
• Ability to present merchandise and explain features and benefits clearly.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet sales goals.
• May assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
