Job summary

Signet Jewelers operates Banter by Piercing Pagoda kiosks across the United States and seeks a dynamic Key Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will engage customers, present jewelry offerings with features and benefits, and contribute to meeting personal and team sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting the store team with supervisory tasks when needed, training on sales techniques, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options and work with the sales team to meet goals.
• May assist Store Manager / Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
