Signet Jewelers operates mall-based Banter by Piercing Pagoda kiosks throughout the United States. The Key Sales Associate will engage customers, understand needs, present merchandise and discuss features, services, and financing options, while collaborating with the sales team to reach individual and team goals.

Qualifications

• One year of sales/retail/jewelry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and explain features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options; work with the sales team to meet goals.
• May assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
