Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited, through Banter by Piercing Pagoda, is hiring a Key Sales Associate. You will engage customers in conversation to understand needs, present jewelry, and explain features and benefits while guiding them to make a purchase.

You will offer service plans and financing options, work with the sales team to reach individual and store goals, and may support supervisory duties for the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and explain features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with sales team to meet individual and team goals.
• May assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
• Participate in training and development to improve sales techniques.
