Qualifications

• Sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Commitment to excellence and goal-oriented with a refreshing shopping experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve personal sales targets and credit applications.
• Promote Diamond Parties and events with customers.
• Work with teammates to hit store goals and foster positive atmosphere.
• Foster life-long emotional connections with customers by clienteling.
• Provide product knowledge and help customers with jewelry selections.
• Attend monthly meetings.
• Operate POS and handle payments.
• Inspect and clean jewelry; provide repair estimates.
• Display merchandise per corporate plans.
• Maintain safety and security procedures.
• Participate in inventory and counts.
• Maintain flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.
