Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Commitment to excellence and ability to provide refreshing shopping experience.
• Goal oriented with sales drive and desire to succeed.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent service.
• Achieve personal sales targets and credit applications.
• Promote Diamond Parties and store events with customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to reach store goals and foster a positive atmosphere.
• Foster life-long connections with customers through clienteling.
• Provide product knowledge and explain features/benefits to customers.
• Advise on quality, cuts, value of jewelry and assist in selecting mounts/settings.
• Operate POS and handle payments or credit authorizations.
• Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and provide repair estimates.
• Follow receiving and processing procedures and maintain displays.
• Maintain safety and security per Loss Prevention policies.
• Participate in inventory and complete case counts.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
