Responsibilities

Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage others to deliver excellent customer service.
Achieve personal targets that drive sales and credit/product plan attachments.
Promote Diamond Parties and special events with customers.
Work with teammates toward store goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Foster life-long emotional connections with customers by clienteling.
Provide product knowledge, features and benefits when presenting merchandise.
Advise customers on quality, cuts, value and help select mounts/settings.
Operate POS and process payments or obtain credit authorization.
Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and provide repair estimates.
