Qualifications

• Sales, retail and/or jewelry experience
• Commitment to excellence and growth
• Age 18 or older
• Ability to pass drug test

Responsibilities

• Model customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent service
• Achieve personal sales targets and credit/plan attachments
• Promote Diamond Parties and events with customers
• Work with team to meet store goals and maintain a positive atmosphere
• Foster clienteling and lasting customer relationships
• Provide product knowledge and help customers select jewelry
• Attend monthly meetings and operate the POS
• Inspect and clean jewelry and provide repair estimates
