Job summary

Brilliant Earth is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for our Washington D.C. showroom. You will guide customers through luxury jewelry purchases in-person and via live chat, phone, or virtual appointments.

The role emphasizes high-volume sales, engaging service, and promoting our sustainable brand values. You’ll work weekends or peak times in a fast-paced environment, bringing passion for customer service, detail orientation, and collaboration to exceed sales targets and deliver memorable

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-ins to create memorable experiences.
• Manage high volumes of sales inquiries via email, chat, and phone to meet revenue targets.
• Greet customers, check in, and assist them through the purchasing process.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups for pickups, exchanges, or resizing as needed.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
• Enforce showroom policies to ensure a safe, pleasant guest experience and security of products.
• Open/close the showroom and waiting area and use ERP to manage tasks.
• Act as a brand advocate and communicate Brilliant Earth’s sustainable, transparent mission.
