Qualifications

• One year of retail experience required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to achieve sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members as needed.
