Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or retail roles.
• Proven history of selling in a commission environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, retail management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
• Work as a team in presenting to overcome objections and close sales.
• Develop selling skills in team members to achieve store goals.
• Provide first response to difficult associate or customer interactions in the Store Manager's absence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to every Helzberg Diamonds guest.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting top-performing associates.
