Job summary

BaubleBar in New York seeks a Production Manager to own production and sampling for jewelry, accessories and packaging. You will coordinate with domestic and overseas vendors and internal teams to ensure deliveries meet BaubleBar’s quality standards.

The role requires 5-7 years in Production/Sourcing, strong Excel/data analysis, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset. On-site in Manhattan 3 days and 2 days remote, with a starting salary range of $85,000–$95,000 and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in Production, Sourcing, or related field.
• Solid understanding of production processes and supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and data entry and analysis.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Highly organized with a tremendous attention to detail.
• A team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be passionate about jewelry and creating our products!

Responsibilities

• Own production process steps for jewelry, accessories and packaging product lines.
• Place purchase orders with domestic and overseas vendors.
• Meticulously track status of production and samples for BaubleBar Main Line to meet deliveries on time while upholding BaubleBar’s standards for quality.
• Lead weekly meetings with cross-functional partners to review products and proactively provide feedback.
• Troubleshoot with vendors and internal partners on production/sourcing issues.
• Review weekly WIPs to prevent production issues or delays.
• Responsible for timely communication of delivery updates to internal partners.
• Manage precise reports to give visibility to upper management.
• Maintain and enforce T&A calendars to ensure accurate execution of all orders.
• Work onsite in our Manhattan office 3 days per week & 2 days remote
