Job summary

BaubleBar is seeking a Production Manager to join the Production team in Manhattan, with responsibility for jewelry, accessories and packaging. The role requires overseeing production steps, placing PO's with vendors, and ensuring on-time delivery while upholding quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in Production or Sourcing, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. This position combines on-site work in NYC with some remote collaboration and offers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 5-7 years of professional experience in Production, Sourcing, or related field
• Solid understanding of production processes and supply chain
• Strong knowledge of Excel and confident in data entry and analysis
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Highly organized with a tremendous attention to detail
• A team player with good written and verbal communication skills
• A self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be passionate about jewelry and creating our products!

Responsibilities

• Own production process steps for jewelry, accessories and packaging product lines
• Place purchase orders with domestic and overseas vendors
• Meticulously track status of production and samples for BaubleBar Main Line to meet deliveries on time while upholding BaubleBar's standards for quality
• Lead weekly meetings with cross-functional partners to review products and proactively provide feedback
• Troubleshoot with vendors and internal partners on production/sourcing issues
• Review weekly WIPs to prevent production issues or delays
• Responsible for timely communication of delivery updates to internal partners
• Manage precise reports to give visibility to upper management
• Maintain and enforce T&A calendars to ensure accurate execution of all orders
• Work onsite in our Manhattan office 3 days per week & 2 days remote
