Job summary

BaubleBar is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage production samples and data for non-custom product lines. The role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and collaboration across teams.

You will organize sample storage, handle data in systems, and prepare materials for reviews. This 2–3 month assignment has strong potential for regular employment, with on-site work in Manhattan five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in Production, Sourcing, or related field.
• Comfortable with entry and management of large amounts of data in Excel.
• Highly organized with tremendous attention to detail.
• Must be a team player with good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain production sample storage at our BB HQ.
• Help manage production-based data within our systems (materials and measurements).
• Prepare samples for internal cross-functional reviews of on-order product.
• Review and approve vendor invoices related to bulk production and samples.
• Assist in barcode labeling from creation to approval, per account requirements.
• Learn bulk production processes through tracking sample workflows with vendors and internal partners.
• Work full-time onsite in our Manhattan office 5 days per week.
