Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue Palm Desert is hiring a Specialized Operations Associate to support daily store operations and the Jewelry Department under the Assistant General Manager, Operations. Responsibilities include opening the store, cash control, deposits, and reconciling reports, while maintaining audit-ready standards.

Additionally, you will manage jewelry processing, tickets, transfers, price changes, trunk shows, repairs, and vendor communications, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer

Qualifications

• Experience with opening/closing store operations and cash controls.
• Familiarity with jewelry handling and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open the store, manage safe, registers, and daily reports.
• Process jewelry shipments, receipts, RTVs, transfers, ASN, and price changes.
• Maintain repair logs and coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Assist on sales floor when needed.
• Support internal audits and confidentiality.
