Greenwich St. Jewelers in New York City seeks an Inventory Associate to manage the full lifecycle of fine jewelry inventory—receiving, documenting, and preparing items for ecommerce and sales floors.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration with the Inventory Manager and Design Director. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in inventory or jewelry operations, with strong knowledge of jewelry materials and terminology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in inventory management, jewelry operations, merchandising, ecommerce, or a related role.
• Fine jewelry industry experience is required.
• Knowledge of jewelry terminology and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming fine jewelry merchandise, documenting items accurately.
• Enter and maintain complete product, pricing, and specification information in the inventory system.
• Photograph and edit jewelry products for ecommerce and digital use.
• Tag and ticket merchandise for display and inventory tracking.
• Prepare and process inventory for website publication and trunk shows.
• Support the Inventory Manager and Design Director with special projects.
