Job summary

Sterling Forever, a fast-growing ecommerce jewelry brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Jewelry Inventory Control & Returns Specialist to join its in-office Operations team in Timonium, MD. You will maintain accurate inventory, process returns, receive shipments, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with Customer Experience to resolve order issues.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory control or related ops, proficiency with Excel/Sheets and inventory systems, and a proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, ecommerce fulfillment, returns processing, or related operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with inventory discrepancies, reconciliations, and cycle counts.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouse and ecommerce systems.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies; perform cycle counts and stock audits.
• Process customer returns accurately and inspect jewelry for resale eligibility.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and assist with stocking inventory.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience and warehouse staff to resolve order issues and minimize delays.
