Blue Nile seeks an organized Inventory Specialist to join our team in New York. Responsibilities include processing e-commerce orders, stocking inventory, and aiding in audits. You will label jewelry, handle returns, and log data in Excel while learning product knowledge to support accurate inventory management.

Qualifications

• High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification is required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must.
• Positive attitude with ability to accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to pivot between tasks and work both independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Process E-Commerce Orders: Pull, invoice, & package jewelry.
• Fulfill Internal Inventory Requests: Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments.
• Labeling: Print RFID tags for new jewelry.
• Returns: Process return orders and tag items.
• Stocking: Scan items into their designated bins.
• Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking.
• Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory.
