Job summary

Blue Nile is seeking an organized Inventory Specialist to join our team in New York. The role involves fulfilling e-commerce orders, stocking inventory, assisting with audits, labeling RFID tags, processing returns, and recording data in Excel.

You will learn jewelry basics to better manage inventory and support cross-department requests. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process E-Commerce Orders – Pull, invoice, & package jewelry.

• Returns – Process return orders and tag items.
• Stocking – Scan items into their designated bins.
• Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling orders, stocking inventory, aiding in audit counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Process E-Commerce Orders – Pull, invoice, & package jewelry.

Annual base pay: $17.50-$18.50. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
