Responsibilities

• Design jewelry pieces using Fire Mountain Gems and Beads products, aligning with brand and style guidelines.
• Write clear, accurate, step‑by‑step instructions for each design.
• Order new products and manage inventory for use in jewelry projects.
• Research and stay current with fashion and accessory trends to inspire new designs.
• Teach jewelry‑making techniques internally or externally as needed.
• Track and manage tasks using the Wrike project management system.
• Participate in jewelry‑making and trend‑based videos—planning, scripting, hosting, and basic post‑production edits.
• Collaborate with team members and marketing staff to deliver high‑quality, engaging content.
