Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience, professionalism, empathy, and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, chat, email, and other digital channels with orders and service requests.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance while listening and guiding the best path forward.
• Process orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Document interactions and order details in company systems.
• Research questions and resolve concerns using available tools.
• Monitor orders and communicate timely updates to customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet expectations.
