Job summary

Stauer is seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service operations team at our Burnsville, MN location. This is a remote position and requires flexibility with days, including Mondays.

Requirements include 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred), attention to detail, and excellent communication and listening skills. Inbound call handling, typing, and familiarity with Outlook are desirable; knowledge of jewelry and watches

Qualifications

• Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• 1-2 years’ customer service experience is required. Call center experience preferred.
• Our expertise is customer service, so excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must have strong listening skills, problem solving skills and be self-motivated.
• Good Typing and Speaking Skills. Inbound Call Center.
• Familiar with Outlook
• Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus
• Must be able to provide customer experience that promotes repeat business.
• Ability to multitask and keep organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve on our Customer Service operations team at the Burnsville, MN location, with remote capacity.
