Jewelry Concierge

You will play a crucial role in our company's success by managing the entire custom order process. You will be responsible for accurately submitting and verifying custom orders, communicating with vendors and customers, and ensuring timely delivery.

Essential Duties

• Order Processing: Accurately submit and track custom orders from inception to completion.
• Vendor Communication: Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Pricing and Quoting: Calculate accurate pricing and provide detailed quotes to customers.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of custom orders.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Telecommunications: Respond to phone calls and inquiries during standard business hours and, occasionally, outside of regular working hours.
• Any other duties as assigned

Base pay $25-$30/hr **Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
