Job summary

Diamonds Direct is seeking a Jewelry Concierge to manage the entire custom order process, from intake to delivery. You will submit and track orders, coordinate with vendors, and communicate with customers to ensure a seamless experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy in pricing and quotes, quality control, and timely follow-up. You will also handle administrative tasks and occasional after-hours calls, contributing to our commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately submit and track custom orders from inception to completion.
• Vendor Communication: Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Pricing and Quoting: Calculate accurate pricing and provide detailed quotes to customers.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of custom orders.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Telecommunications: Respond to phone calls and inquiries during standard business hours and, occasionally, outside of regular working hours.
• Any other duties as assigned
