JPL Group is seeking an ambitious sales-driven leader to join our Gateway store and support the Store Manager in achieving personal and store sales targets and KPIs. You will coach Team Members to deliver impeccable customer service and drive results in a fast-paced jewellery environment.

As part of this role, you will demonstrate leadership by guiding the team, managing stock, merchandising our range, and upholding brand standards while delivering memorable customer experiences and contributing
