Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintain focus on standards to meet sales and profit projections.
• Foster customer satisfaction and develop team skills through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select store team members.
• Manage profit margins by overseeing the P&L and enforcing company policies.
• Oversee daily store operations and contribute to strategic initiatives.
