Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Preference for jeweler or specialty retailer experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on standards to meet sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop team members’ product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Achieve profit margins by managing the P&L and enforcing company policies.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.
