Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking an instructor to lead music-driven 50-minute Pilates classes, ensuring safety, variety, and a high-energy experience for all fitness levels.

You will build genuine client relationships, deliver outstanding hospitality, and represent the JETSET brand during studio events and community initiatives. Training and ongoing education are provided to support growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• Previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred.
• Willingness to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, 50‑minute music-driven Pilates classes with a focus on safety and consistency.
• Provide coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for all fitness levels.

As a JETSET Instructor, you’ll play an essential role in creating an unforgettable studio experience while helping clients build strength, confidence, and consistency through every class.

Deliver Exceptional Classes

• Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes that deliver a safe, challenging, and consistent experience.

• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications to clients of all fitness levels.

• Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout every class.

Create an Exceptional Member Experience

• Build authentic relationships with clients and foster a welcoming, inclusive studio environment.

• Learn clients’ names, celebrate milestones, and create meaningful connections that strengthen the studio community.

• Deliver hospitality that reflects the JETSET brand before, during, and after every class.

Represent the JETSET Brand

• Embody the values and culture of JETSET Pilates both inside and outside the studio.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, studio events, and community initiatives.

• Support local marketing and community engagement efforts as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.

Continue to Grow

• Complete the JETSET Instructor Training Program and participate in ongoing education and development.

• Apply feedback from leadership to continuously improve coaching effectiveness.

• Stay current on programming updates, coaching techniques, and JETSET best practices.

• Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
• Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
• Previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred, but not required.
• Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to teaching independently).
• Willingness to successfully complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including a 5-day on-site training, which may be held locally or at one of our Regional Training and Support Centers.
• Ability to teach a consistent number of classes per week.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Willingness and ability to attend required team meetings, continuing education sessions, and studio events.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the studio for extended periods.
• Ability to demonstrate Pilates exercises safely and effectively.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to coach in a warm, fast-paced, music-driven environment.
