Job summary

Williams International is seeking an A&T Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on visual inspection of engine hardware for damage, defects and wear before and after testing, ensuring accurate documentation and safety compliance.

You will participate in establishing assembly methods, perform rework as needed, and help train others to improve quality. This is a full-time, on-site position in Utah with clear safety and federal clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Current A&P license is a plus.
• 1–2 years of related experience without A&P license.
• Mechanical background in automotive, motorcycle, or small engine repair.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle 60 lbs push/pull with grip strength.

Responsibilities

• Conducts visual inspection of engine hardware for damage, defects and wear before and after engine test.
• Record findings on append forms and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in establishing assembly methods, tooling and planning.
• Performs necessary rework of engine hardware.
• Communicate shift changes to ensure accurate information and documentation.
• Keep cellular manufacturing work area clean, organized and compliant with standards.
• Ensure continuous flow of materials and parts through the Cell.
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulations.
• Train and develop other Cellular Assembly & Test Associates to promote quality improvements.
