Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with a minimum of two years of production experience.
• Reads and interprets basic blueprint drawings.
• Effective interaction with team members, customers and all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect various processes including identification, coating, heat-treat, hand-deburr, shot peen, and assembly operations.
• Manufacture and/or tests parts according to engineering and customer standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Ensure parts meet tolerances and are identified per planning specifications.
• Communicate shift requirements to provide accurate information to the team.
