Qualifications

• Master’s degree in theology or related area and two years of ministry experience.
• Must be a priest of the Society of Jesus.
• Jesuit priest with pastoral leadership experience is required.
• Strong collaborative skills with university leadership and campus ministry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as canonical chaplain and rector of Madonna della Strada Chapel with Jesuit community guidance.
• Participate in the Division of Mission Integration leadership team.
• Promote Catholic intellectual tradition, Ignatian pedagogy, and spirituality on campus.
• Liaise between the University and Jesuit community on mission integration.
• Provide pastoral outreach and care to students through prayer leadership, retreats, and spiritual direction.
• Serve on Mission and Culture Committee and attend Board of Trustees meetings.
• Support mission-related activities and external representation as needed.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned.
