Job summary

University of Detroit Jesuit High School and Academy seeks a Campus Ministry and Service Coordinator. This full-time role involves planning and coordinating student service and ministry programs, fostering student development in line with the Jesuit tradition. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably with a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and demonstrate effective organizational and communication skills. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating service and/or Catholic retreat work.
• Demonstrated knowledge of student service projects and Ignatian retreats.
• Ability to learn new web tools and data management software.

Responsibilities

• Assists with planning Masses and retreats.
• Coordinates and implements student prayer groups.
• Regularly evaluates all programs for relevance and engagement.

Education

Master’s degree in theology, religious studies, or a related field
