Job summary

Caring Hands Homecare is seeking a Home Care Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care in New Jersey. You will build relationships with patients, follow care plans, and maintain a healthy, attentive environment. Strong communication is essential; prior home health or hospice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include daily activities assistance, home upkeep, and documenting patient progress for supervisors. Driver's license and CPR are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• New Jersey CHHA certification completed and valid.
• High School Diploma or GED obtained.

• Give medications reminders and immunizations.
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities.

We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.
