Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Technician 1 or Technician 2 – Power based in Pearland, TX to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Jenbacher natural gas generators and 12- and 16-cylinder industrial engines.

You will work primarily from the Pearland service center with occasional field-support travel after six months and some Saturday work, gaining hands-on training on Jenbacher equipment and Deep Sea controls in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with power generators, diesel or natural gas engines.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Comfort with preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Jenbacher natural gas generators and 12- and 16-cylinder industrial engines.
• Read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics; troubleshoot 480V three-phase systems.
• Travel to Pearland service center and occasional field-support travel after six months.
• Occasional Saturday work and limited field-support travel.
