Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on development within JDE Enterprise One Technical including system configuration (CNC) and Upgrades/Support.
• Collaborate with business clients to map processes across multiple areas.
• Create BRDs, system documentation, and implement quality software solutions.
• Communicate status and risk mitigation plans between project management and technical teams.
• Define test scenarios, plans, strategies, and scripts with SMEs and support UAT.
• Provide production support with data models, maps, and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to project policies and end-user training documentation.
