Job summary

Pacific Coast Producers, a grower-owned cooperative, is seeking a JD Edwards Business Systems Analyst to join our Lodi office. This role bridges business operations and technology, translating requirements into scalable JDE solutions and ensuring reliable enterprise applications.

You will partner with stakeholders, document workflows, design system enhancements, and lead integrations between JDE and other systems. A strong background in ERP analysis and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with ERP systems, business systems analysis, system design, or application support.
• Strong experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is highly desired.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional/technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and business audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, document current and future workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and analyze functional requirements, translate needs into technical specifications.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend scalable system improvements to boost efficiency and data quality.
• Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into accurate application specifications with stakeholders and teams.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between JDE and other systems with an API-first approach.
• Understand EDI requirements and related process flows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with existing systems promptly following guidelines.
• Write stable, reusable code conforming to coding standards.
• Balance multiple projects, manage daily workload, and prioritize tasks.
• Participate in peer code reviews and technical meetings.
