Job summary

Stellar IT Solutions LLC is seeking a JD Edwards Support Analyst to provide day-to-day technical and functional support for JD Edwards ERP systems in the Saint Louis area. You will blend troubleshooting with user assistance to keep systems operational and aligned with business goals.

Key duties include incident handling, configuration fixes, user management, and developing SOPs; collaboration with admins, developers and IT leadership to resolve complex issues and to facilitate training

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of JD Edwards support experience.
• Solid understanding of JD Edwards modules: Distribution, Manufacturing, Finance.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1–2 support: handle calls, tickets, and inquiries.
• Troubleshoot access, navigation, configuration, and transaction issues.
• Collaborate with system admins, developers, business users, and IT leadership to resolve issues.
• Perform user management: accounts, roles, and password resets.
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials; conduct trainings.
• Support testing: assist with UAT and regression testing.

Overview

JD Edwards Support Analyst is a frontline IT professional that is responsible for providing day-to-day technical and functional support for JD Edwards ERP systems. They are a core team member to help ensure that JD Edwards systems are operational, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals, combining technical troubleshooting with user support and documentation.

Core Responsibilities

• Tier 1–2 Support: Manage incoming calls, help tickets, and user inquiries for JD Edwards
• Troubleshooting: Resolve access, navigation, configuration, and transaction issues (e.g., stuck orders, vouchers, receipts)
• Collaboration: Work with JDE system administrators, developers, business users and IT leadership to escalate and resolve complex issues
• User Management: Perform account setup, role/security changes, and password resets
• Metrics & Reporting: Track support performance, create reports using ReportsNow
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials; conduct 1-on-1 or group training sessions
• Testing Support: Assist with UAT, regression testing, and validation of system updates

Skills & Qualifications

• JD Edwards Experience: 1–5+ years supporting JD Edwards
• Functional Knowledge: Distribution (Sales Order and Purchasing), Manufacturing, Finance
• Tools: JDE Enterprise One 9.2, DSI/Cloud Inventory, ReportsNow, Service Desk Plus, Microsoft Office
