Job summary

ERP Suites is seeking a Solution Architect with deep JD Edwards Homebuilder expertise to translate complex homebuilding challenges into scalable JD Edwards solutions. You will own the solution lifecycle from discovery through architecture design, presales, and delivery, guiding clients and internal teams.

You will lead architecture documentation, engage stakeholders, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on functional and technical experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Homebuilder Management module.
• Experience designing enterprise technology solutions and translating business requirements into practical designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to estimate implementation effort, identify risks, and recommend delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client processes, objectives, challenges, and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable, practical solution architectures and functional designs.
• Produce architecture documents, workflow diagrams, technical specs, and roadmaps.
• Serve as Homebuilder SME during presales, helping clients choose best solutions.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with executives, business users, and technical stakeholders.
• Present solution recommendations with business and technical justification.
• Support proposal development, project estimation, and implementation planning.
• Set realistic expectations on scope, timelines, costs, and delivery approach.
• Maintain architectural ownership through delivery and ensure implementations match design.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and client teams to resolve questions.
• Identify risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
• Review progress to ensure alignment with standards and objectives.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews and improve delivery methodologies.
